Exchanges
KEDEL Jewelry does not offer exchanges on any products. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before placing an order.
Returns for Defective Products
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the defect for verification purposes.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, KEDEL Jewelry will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If the return is approved:
- A full refund will be processed for the defective item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size selection or ordering errors
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions
- Products returned after the 7-day return period
- Any item that has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition and packaging
